As our future home is being built on the corner of Johnson Ferry and Shallowford Roads, we have work of our own to do. We need to get ready. 

So for the next year, we are going to make room: 

• In our hearts by praying together every month as we head into the building. 

• In our schedules by pitching in to help on Sundays. 

• In the seat next to us for someone we’re going to invite to come sit with us. 

That’s what we’re inviting you to do with us this year: pray, volunteer, and invite. 

For now, we’re starting with prayer! 

Phase 1: Pray

The most important thing we can do to prepare for our new building is to pray. Prayer not only changes things around us, it changes things inside us as well. 

Would you join us in prayer this year?

Every month we’re going to pray the same prayer together as a church. We’ll pray it on Sundays, and we’re giving you a handout so you can pray it at home. 

If you’ve never prayed before, this is a great time and place to give it a try! Here is the prayer we’re praying this month: 

God, I want more. Show me how to make room.

Heavenly Father, I invite more of you into my life. More of your presence, your leadership, your healing, and your freedom. As we get ready for our new building, the work begins with me. I want to make room for the “more” you have for me. So start with me. Prepare my heart. Get me ready. Amen.
